ALWAYS: Call 9-1-1 if you encounter a life-threatening emergency at a Metro Station or on a train or bus. Be prepared to give the dispatcher the exact nature of the emergency, the location of the incident and if applicable the train or bus number and the direction you are traveling.
BY PHONE: If you "See Something" that is suspicious but is not creating a life-threatening emergency, you should contact the Metro Sheriffs. You can do this by contacting a Metro Sheriff's Deputy in person or by phone at: (888) 950-SAFE (7233)
BY P-TEL: (Passenger Assistance Telephones) These are located throughout the Metro system at every entrance or Ticket Vending Machine (TVM) and the Gate array, where you enter with your TAP pass, on the Red line. Here is an example the P-Tel at the Metrolink station in Chatsworth:
